This is where
it all adds up.

We build local-first software. Two products, one principle: the records that matter stay on your machine — not in someone else's cloud.

Two products

Small business & tax advisors · Germany

invoicetotal

The digital shoebox for e-invoices.

German e-invoicing has been mandatory since 2025. invoicetotal receives, reads and archives structured invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) — with a tamper-evident hash chain, on your own computer. Send as XML, hand a clean DATEV batch to your tax advisor, and keep the originals unchanged.

  • Receiving, reading and the archive stay free — permanently
  • Supports GoBD requirements; originals are never rewritten
  • MCP interface, so AI assistants can work your inbox

Developers using Claude Code

SubEtha Studio

The project state that writes itself.

A local-first dashboard and workbench for your Claude Code sessions. Every session you ever ran, searchable in seconds. A decision log that answers “why did we decide X?”, an inbox your agents write to instead of burying questions in chat, and a workbench that runs sessions side by side.

  • One command imports your complete existing history
  • No embeddings, no phone-home, no account
  • Everything in a single SQLite file — uninstalls without a trace

Local-first is not a feature. It's the architecture.

Your data does not travel

Both products do their real work on your machine. Nothing is uploaded to be useful. Where a cloud service genuinely helps — OCR for paper scans, sending mail — it is optional, named, and switched off by default.

Records you can still read in ten years

Invoices as open standards, history as one plain SQLite file. No proprietary container, no export ritual. If we disappeared tomorrow, your files would still open.

Honest about limits

We say “supports GoBD requirements”, never “GoBD-compliant” — compliance depends on your process, not our software. Machine-read fields are always a draft for you to check, never the truth.
